Analysis: In Ushers song "burn" he is explaing how he is in a relationship with someone. He no longer ahs feelings for this person and he needs to let her go because he doesnt want to hurt her. He says he loves her but he feels that the relationship is coming to an end. The metaphor in the song is "let it burn". He is trying to say just let it go. Even though it "burns" to stop the relationship and its hurting him he just feels its for the best.
